Refund Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
We want customers to understand what they are buying and how refund requests are handled.
1. Digital product
Passmetry Pro is a digital product that provides access immediately after successful payment.
2. General refund rule
Because Passmetry Pro is a digital product that provides immediate access to premium features, purchases are generally non-refundable once Pro access has been activated or the digital service has begun.
3. Exceptions
If you were charged in error, did not receive the purchased access, or the product materially failed to work as described, contact us promptly using the support route shown on your Paddle receipt. We may first offer reasonable troubleshooting or access restoration. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived, or refunds required under Paddle's buyer terms or applicable law.
4. Change of mind
Change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after Pro access has been activated or the digital service has begun, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
5. Paddle
Paddle acts as the merchant of record and may administer refunds, taxes, receipts, and payment disputes. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible.
6. Fraud or abuse
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, extensive use followed by an opportunistic refund request, or redistribution of protected content, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
